Husbands Alan and Paponake MacIntosh are the latest stewards of the iconic Zippity Do Dog trailer. Together they bring over 30 years of restaurant experience to the flat-top.

When they're not slinging dogs from the window, you'll find them at their restaurant Doragon Eatery in Ashland, MA — the same chef-driven care, now riding shotgun with mustard and relish.

What We Cook

Everything is made from scratch. We grill natural-casing Kayem franks, serve scratch-made Pig Rock Sausages hoagies on toasted Piantadosi rolls, and cook half-pound Certified Angus burgers on locally baked brioche.

Fresh baked rolls daily. Cooked hot, served fast, eaten standing up.
